Anne Sutherland is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Benchmark Mortgage in Plano, TX since January 2013. Prior to Benchmark, Anne was Of Counsel to Hudson Cook, LLP and was General Counsel at Nationstar Mortgage LLC for 15 years.

Anne is a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers and of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. She is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Texas and Pennsylvania. She is a frequent speaker on mortgage origination and servicing topics.
