Lorenz Schwarz is chief operating officer of Green River Capital LC, an REO asset management and loss mitigation provider. Schwarz joined the company in 2011 and supervises the operations of GRC’s sister companies, GR Financial, a short sale company, and Infinity Valuation Services, a BPO provider. Schwarz has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential mortgage servicing industries to the position. Prior to joining GRC, Schwarz was president of Phoenix Asset Management, LLC. He has also had several management positions for some of the industry’s top servicers, including the director of REO for Salt Lake City, Utah–based Select Portfolio Servicing, vice president of REO for Wilshire Credit Corp. and director of real estate at J.E. Robert Co in McLean, Va.
