Shaivaliís experience spans 9 years, working within the customer and digital domains at Fortune 100 companies and organizations in Europe and Asia. She leads PwC's Experience Radar solution which builds rich intelligence around what experience means to todayís global consumer. She helps clients employ analytics and customer understanding to create differentiated experiences across sectors spanning travel to banking. Her teamís work has been featured in the New York Times, Fortune, Forbes and USA Today.
Prior to PwC, she worked in industry at American Express and GE and for non-profits where she explored the interconnection between people, culture and business through education and microfinance. She holds a B.A. and M.B.A from the University of Michigan and resides in New York City.
