My 13 year old has been playing Christmas music since Nov. 1. She is offended every time I even consider having anything besides Christmas music on Pandora.
Needless to say, this is helping me to get in the holiday spirit...which is helping me to start planning my holiday marketing. Which I hope helps my production. That girl is brilliant!
Here's what I'm planning on doing this year:
• Holiday cards to all clients, Realtors, other referral partners and sphere of influence. I like the thick, fancy kind, but don't want to spend a fortune so I'm still looking for these.
• Drop in to all my purchase clients and a few of my refi clients from this year. I have never done this before, but think it is a fabulous idea to take those relationships a bit deeper. I picked up about 10 peppermint barks at a local gift show and am still looking for other ideas.
• Drop in or lunch in December with all referral partners. Last year I gave all my agents the Seven Levels of Communication, which was really well received. Not sure what I'm doing this year yet.
