To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $695 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by June 28, 2012.
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum at the rate of $129 per night (exclusive of taxes and fees).
To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at 800-228-9290 and request a room in the 4th Annual Best Practices in Loss Mitigation Conference room block.
Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is June 26, 2012. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Thursday, June 21, 2012 at the warehouse address above. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Monday, July 16, 2012. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, contact Freeman for show site shipment instructions.
