Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $695 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Friday, March 29, 2013.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Westin Galleria Dallas at a special discounted rate of $175 (excluding taxes). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at 1-888-627-8536. Be sure to mention the "7th Annual Mortgage Servicing Conference" in order to receive your group rate.

You can also reserve your room via the Westin Galleria Dallas Online Reservation Link, which will automatically apply the conference rate to your dates booked at the hotel.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is April 2, 2013. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, March 25, 2013 at the warehouse address above. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site to arrive after Wednesday, April 17, 2013.
