The transactions were sold in 14 states during a two-week period from Sept. 6-20.
There were four notable transactions that made up the majority total of these sales, the Irvine, Calif.-based auction firm said. These four properties sold at prices ranging from $5 million to $36 million.
Among the notable housing units that were auctioned include a 138,362-square-foot retail asset in Shreveport, La. The property, Hart Kings Crossing, was listed by Corporate Realty and it was the largest closing within the past two weeks.
Based on the transactions that sold for the greatest price, besides Hart Kings Crossing, the other two were retail assets with the last being an office property.
The retail properties, Village at Sandhill Forum Center located in Columbia, S.C., and Victorville Pavilion, based in Victorville, Calif., were brokered by Cushman & Wakefield and Faison & Associates, respectively.
Meanwhile, the office facility is called Civic Center Tower. The San Jose, Calif.-based property was brokered by Colliers International.
Since 2007, Auction.com has sold more than $26 billion in real estate assets.
