Outsourcing firm Indecomm Global Services has launched new foreclosure assignment services for use in the creation, execution, recording and tracking of foreclosure assignments as well as the verification of the title on the property.
The services are designed to help clients maintain foreclosure timelines in line with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau guidelines.
“Our new foreclosure assignment services solution provides lenders and servicers with a way to manage an increasingly critical process,” said Latha Parameswaran, vice president in the company’s document management group.
The company’s services and workflow aim to provide scalability and include a real-time database on county rules and fees as well as mortgage recording reports for customers.
The services are designed to help clients maintain foreclosure timelines in line with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau guidelines, which reinforce Federal Housing Financial Agency requirements that have been in place since September of 2011 for all agency loans going into default, according to the company.
