As part of its services, the initiative offers workshops, one-on-one consulting and access to Integra Group newsletters for tips on investing in multifamily homes, how to get started and manage risk.
The Tucson, Ariz.-based firm began this initiative due to the lack of inventory of single-family homes as rental property investments.
The effort expands the brokerage firm’s traditional real estate services, which is property management, marketing and sale of REO, HUD and distressed properties in southern Arizona.
“The initiative enables Integra to offer more services geared toward increasing investors’ profitability through intelligent analysis of the real estate market,” said Eric Lichtenheld, president of Integra Group Real Estate.
“Education is the first step in making the right investment decision and exploring all options,” he said. “We look forward to opening new possibilities for clients and expanding our services to cover a wider range of opportunities for the future.”
