The full service FHA and conventional retail lender announced plans to expand into new larger markets, including California. To achieve that goal, the staff needs tools that can accommodate its growth, branding and marketing efforts, says Taylor Stork, executive vice president and national sales manager at MCS Mortgage Bankers.
'We spent about three months in due diligence to find the right solution, with input from current users and our technology group,' he explained, to ensure the selected platform would minimize risks of non-compliance and is scalable to facilitate future growth through personalized, configurable tools.
The VIP platform adds regulatory compliance and client management services to more traditional lead management software, allowing users to communicate with borrowers, and network with new leads, says Paul Zoukis, CEO of Vantage Production. It also offers support to existing origination staff and helps attract new talent, he says.
