PrimeLending, a top 20 ranked residential funder, this week hired Eric Declercq—a former executive at MetLife Home Loans and Bank of America—as senior vice president and regional manager for the New York metro area.
Before joining PrimeLending, he was in charge of developing MetLife’s strategic vision for its reverse lending business. (MetLife sold its reverse division this past spring.)
Declercq worked at B of A for 12 years.
Among residential lenders, PrimeLending, a Plains Capital company, ranks 17th among all mortgage lenders in the U.S., according to figures compiled by National Mortgage News and the Quarterly Data Report.
