The Appraisal Desktop with Inspection tool fills the gap between an Automated Valuation Model with Property Condition Report and a field appraisal.
The process begins with a local real estate broker/agent from Pro Teck’s national panel who takes photos and completes a full inspection of the property and local neighborhood. The inspection is then given to an appraiser who uses MLS and other market data that also has access to Pro Teck’s local market analytics to determine the most accurate valuation.
The ADI leverages Pro Teck’s national staff appraiser team and its network of real estate brokers and agents by utilizing the local broker for an inspection and the staff appraiser for the analysis and understanding of market data. The appraisal is completed by an in-state licensed staff appraiser in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice standards.
