Starting on Feb. 16 users can access information for any type of mortgage transaction: foreclosures, short sales and traditional sales. It allows Realtors to order services and e-sign documents for default and traditional transactions.
The independently developed e-signature technology is designed to promote “more expedient document sharing and completion,” said the Lake Forest, Calif., provider of software applications that connect real estate professionals and consumers.
Added features include an online chat option that helps improve user’s communication with the RES.NET in-house support team.
According to Todd Mobraten, COO and president of RES.NET, the portal enables users “to manage every aspect of their business…invite and create log-ins for customers, prospects and staff, including transaction coordinators and assistants,” so all data exchanges among all parties involved remain transparent.
Agents can create an individualized tool “without increasing the cost of the platform or charging a per-document fee,” he said.
The new Agent Portal system enhancements add to previous upgrades that include the data submission link tool and the option to redesign individual dashboards so agents can access and view geo-maps and make assessments of the areas they cover—all of which can be used through a mobile application. Continuing education and professional development information is available through the Online Agent University.
