The automated product suite includes its flagship NetOxygen loan origination system, Enterprise Mobile Origination app and LendCentric user portals.
“The Lend Value solution is what I call the trifecta of our offerings to help our clients differentiate at the front and standardize at the core,” Narayan Bharadwaj, general manager and business head at Wipro Gallagher Solution, told this publication during an interview in New York. “Everything that we do at our company is focused around this strategy.”
“The classic use case…is a loan officer meets a customer at a Starbucks, gets out his iPad, takes the application [through the] eMO application, that data goes seamlessly into NetOxygen and they employ documentation, fill in all the missing data using LendCentric portals,” he said.
The borrower and loan officer get status updates what documents are pending, and the mobile experience is tailored specifically for that use in a way not all technologies are, said Bharadwaj.
“It’s not just the ability to access it…on the mobile [device],” he said. “The user experience is very different from mobile—enabling a web application. This is engineered for a mobile device, so the customer experience is very dramatic and the loan officer experience is very different.”
