Countrywide Home Loans' Correspondent Lending Division has appointed some executives as part of an expansion effort.
Lance Lemoine has been named executive vice president of its home-equity sales group. Mr. Lemoine, who will be based in Plano, Texas, will be responsible for growing the Calabasas, Calif.-based Countrywide's market share in the home-equity area and also for expanding the company's home-equity sales team, Countrywide said.
Four other home-equity sales executives have joined Countrywide's Correspondent Lending Division.
Laureen Potter, senior account executive supporting Countrywide's Eastern region, will be based in Pittsburgh. Ms. Potter has home-equity experience with IndyMac and Chase.
Renee Bangerter, senior account executive based in San Clemente, Calif., will serve the company's Western region. She has 12 years experience with GMAC/RFC.
Nicole Avey, senior account executive based in Plano, comes to Countrywide from Wells Fargo, where she was most recently a vice president of correspondent home-equity national sales.
Barb Niedt, a Greenwood Village, Colo.-based senior account executive, comes to Countrywide from First Horizon Home Loans, where she was most recently a vice president.
