Brea-ResMAE Mortgage Corp. has named Bonnie Kerivan as senior vice president, chief credit officer.
Ms. Kerivan initially joined ResMAE in November 2002 as senior vice president, risk management.
She will oversee the newly formed credit department, which will encompass risk management, due diligence and specialty audits for ResMAE nationwide.
San Diego-Del Mar Database has promoted Rob Katz to executive vice president of sales and marketing and Rob Pommier to vice president of national sales.
Prior to joining Del Mar Database in 2001, Mr. Katz served as chief information officer for Monument Mortgage.
He has more than 13 years of mortgage and technology experience.

Santa Ana-The First American Corp. said that Russ Watts has been named senior vice president of operations for the First American International Services Group.
Mr. Watts brings senior management experience to his new position including 17 years with Chase Home Finance where he most recently served as senior vice president of servicing.
During his tenure at Chase, he managed divisions throughout loan servicing.

Washington-The Center for Housing Policy, the research affiliate of the National Housing Conference, said that Jeffrey M. Lubell became executive director of the center.
Mr. Lubell succeeds Robert J. Reid who had served as head of the center since 1993 and as executive director of NHC from 1993 to 2002. Mr. Reid has moved on to become general manager of NHC's 2006 75th anniversary celebration.
Mr. Lubell most recently worked as an independent consultant specializing in analyzing and developing recommendations for strengthening national, state and local housing and community development policy.
Washington-Powell Goldstein LLP said that Jeffrey P. Marston has joined the firm as a partner in the real estate practice in the firm's Washington office.
Mr. Marston has a background in real estate finance and mortgage banking. His practice focuses on the negotiation and drafting of loan and servicing portfolio purchase and sale agreements, seller/servicer guides, correspondent and broker agreements, warehouse loans and merger and acquisition agreements.
He comes to Powell Goldstein from the Washington law firm Lotstein Buckman LLP, where he was partner and head of both the transactions and real estate services departments.

Mr. Segal has practiced real estate law in the Washington area for more than 30 years, the last 20 years as a partner in the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Houston-Situs has hired Stuart Miles. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate asset administration, mortgage operations, loan servicing and business development.
Most recently, Mr. Miles was senior vice president for Washington Mutual's National Commercial Operations Center located in Coppell, Texas.
He was previously with at BNY Asset Solutions (formerly known as Nomura Asset Capital) and before joining BNY was vice president and group operations manager for Bank of America in Los Angeles.
Wauwatosa-Platinum Direct Funding, a correspondent lender specializing in alternative-A paper, appointed Matthew Antenore secondary marketing manager.
Mr. Antenore comes with previous experience in the equity market with Smith Barney. He will manage the daily pricing of all products offered by Platinum Direct Funding as well as trade pools of loans to investors.
David Mueller joined the company as secondary marketing analyst, coordinating all lock functions and initiating and distributing all pricing for Platinum.
