Fidelity Is Using Speech Technology
The Real Estate Solutions division of Fidelity National Information Services has launched Fidelity National MLS Voice Alert, a speech recognition technology enhancement integrated into its Web-based Paragon MLS platform.
Fidelity National MLS Voice Alert notifies real estate professionals via the telephone about real estate listing updates, providing real-time, remote access to Paragon MLS data. Fidelity National Information Services also provides mortgage related technology, including the Mortgage Servicing Package used by many of the nation's largest mortgage servicers.
With Fidelity MLS Voice Alert, real estate professionals are notified when a listing that matches the agent's predefined property profiles is added to Paragon MLS.
Real estate professionals also can opt to be notified whenever there are changes in status and/or price for properties matching their desired criteria.
Once an alert is received, they can verbally request additional details about the property, ensuring they have immediate access to all of the information necessary to satisfy their clients' needs. The ability to receive immediate notification of MLS activity via telephone improves the level of service and professionalism provided by the real estate professional in the eyes of consumer clients.
