Santa Ana-The First American Corp. said that Christopher Del Moral-Niles has been named treasurer and an officer of the corporation.
Mr. Niles brings 15 years of financial services industry experience to this position. He joins First American from Union Bank of California NA, where he most recently served as senior vice president and director of liability management for the bank.
He also served as president and director of UnionBanCal Commercial Funding Corp. and had previously served as the bank's asset/liability strategist.
Laguna Hills-QuestSoft has named Stephanie Ochoa as vice president of compliance services.
She currently serves as vice chair of the State Legislative & Regulatory Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association, which reports to the MBA's Residential Board of Governors.
Prior to joining QuestSoft, Ms. Ochoa served as a consultant for the MBA, interacting with its affiliates and coordinating state efforts regarding pending legislation for predatory lending and privacy laws.
Walnut Creek-Alicia Kamian was appointed to the position of senior vice president, San Mateo County manager of Old Republic Title Co. In addition, Bethe Battalio has been appointed to the position of vice president, San Mateo County escrow operations manager.

In this role, Mr. Diggs will be responsible for originating commercial real estate loans, promoting NCB's real estate lending programs and developing new and existing client relationships. He will be based in Charlotte, N.C.
