Santa Ana--First American Title Insurance Co. said that Kenneth Manqueros has been named president of the company's national agency services division.
In his new role, he will plan and execute the division's strategies, as well as coordinate the activities of the regional offices that service the company's agents nationwide.
Mr. Manqueros, who has more than 17 years of title industry experience, began his tenure with First American in 1992, when he joined the company's San Diego office as a residential sales representative.
In 2004, he was promoted to vice president and national agency sales director for First American Title, then a year later moved to First American Title's National Commercial Services division to become regional sales manager for Southern California.
Denver--Mortgage Cadence Inc. has named Chip Register as executive vice president of acquisitions and alliances.
Mr. Register brings to Mortgage Cadence more than 21 years of experience as a technologist, the last 11 of which have been focused on providing strategic and tactical direction in the area of mortgage banking to the financial services industry.
Idaho Falls--DocuTech Corp. has appointed Scott K. Stucky to executive vice president of sales.
Mr. Stucky brings more than 20 years of business experience to DocuTech's management team.
Prior to joining DocuTech, he worked for Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv as a sales vice president.
Ridgewood--Greg Schild has joined Heritage Capital Group LLC as director, asset management.
Mr. Schild brings more than 15 years of industry experience to his new position.
Most recently, he was a vice president at Rabina Properties, where he handled asset management and leasing responsibilities for a portfolio of office, industrial, retail and telecom properties, and also focused on new business and the disposition of existing assets.
Uniondale--Arbor Commercial Mortgage appointed Timothy Williams to director, operations and compliance.
In this newly created position, Mr. Williams will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all investor and regulatory requirements as part of the company's daily operations.
Little Rock--Wilson & Associates PLLC has hired John L. Billings as a new attorney in its Knoxville, Tenn., office.
Mr. Billings is an attorney in the default department in the Knoxville office.

Norwalk--GE Real Estate appointed Daniel Brook to joint venture preferred equity leader in the North America equity division.
In his new position, Mr. Brook will be responsible for identifying and servicing preferred equity clients throughout the country.
Prior to his new position, he served as multifamily growth leader for North America Equity and began his GE career in 1990 and has held a variety of positions with GE Real Estate, including finance manager, relationship manager and senior relationship manager.
Bloomfield Hills--Intesar A. Elder has joined Butzel Long as an associate attorney and focuses her practice on real estate law and banking.
Ms. Elder joined Butzel Long after serving as assistant vice president and associate counsel for Comerica Bank.
While at Comerica Bank, her work involved commercial transactions representing the bank as a secured and unsecured lender.

Washington--Buckley Kolar LLP said that Robert Lotstein and two other members of Lotstein Buckman LLP have joined the firm.
Mr. Lotstein, who will be senior counsel at Buckley Kolar, was formerly the managing partner of Lotstein Buckman LLP, a Washington law firm that served the mortgage banking industry.
Joining Mr. Lotstein at Buckley Kolar are Grant E. Mitchell, also as senior counsel, and Erika Jackson.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Mitchell was a senior attorney at the Department of Housing and Urban Development where he was principally responsible for rulemaking, statements of policy and other interpretations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.
Ms. Jackson was formerly the firm administrator at Lotstein Buckman and will be director of special projects at Buckley Kolar.
Tampa--Mortgage Contracting Services has named Anthony Box its new vice president of operations.
In his new position, Mr. Box is responsible for overseeing the overall operational performance of the account teams.
Before joining MCS, Mr. Box was responsible for managing the loan servicing division of NetBank as vice president of default and call center administration.
Philadelphia--Radian Group Inc. has appointed David M. Applegate as president of Radian Guaranty and Paul F. Bognanno to the newly created position of vice chairman, Radian Guaranty.
Radian also said that Mark A. Casale is leaving the company.
Mr. Applegate will be responsible for all of the company's mortgage insurance business operations. Mr. Bognanno will be responsible for directing customer relationships and key account management.
Mr. Applegate brings more than two decades of mortgage banking and residential real estate industry knowledge to Radian, having most recently served as chairman and chief executive officer, GMAC Residential and concurrently acted as chief operating officer, GMAC ResCap.
Prior to that, Mr. Applegate served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of GMAC Residential.
Mr. Bognanno also brings over 30 years of experience to Radian after having served as president and CEO, Principal Residential Mortgage Inc. for the last 11 years.
