Prior to joining Lenders First Choice, he held national sales positions at PMI Mortgage Insurance, PNC Mortgage, Chicago Title and ATM Corp.
Shelton-Clayton Holdings Inc. elected David Gilbert and Michael Sonderby as new, independent members of the company's board of directors.
Mr. Gilbert has held executive management positions in a broad range of financial services companies. Most recently, he served as chairman and chief executive officer of ERisk, a provider of enterprise risk management solutions. Earlier in his career, he served as chairman of the board of California Federal Bank.
Mr. Sonderby is a retired managing partner of Deloitte & Touche's Philadelphia office. During his 38 years with the firm, he worked with clients in the insurance industry, and as managing partner, he led a newly organized enterprise risk management function for the Eastern United States.

Minneapolis-Residential Capital LLC, a subsidiary of GMAC Financial Services, has named William F. Casey as treasurer.
Mr. Casey succeeds Louise M. Herrle, who has served as treasurer at GMAC ResCap since September 2004.
Ms. Herrle will remain with GMAC ResCap through May to assist with the transition.
For the past 18 months, Mr. Casey has been managing director and assistant treasurer of GMAC ResCap. Prior to joining GMAC ResCap, he was senior vice president and treasurer of GMAC Residential in Horsham, Pa.

New York-Cohen & Steers Inc. appointed Scott Crowe as senior vice president and global strategist/portfolio manager for real estate securities.
Mr. Crowe comes to Cohen & Steers from UBS, where he was head of U.S. REITs and global strategist.
In this position, he worked with a global real estate team of 40 analysts in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and will be based in Cohen & Steers' New York office.
New York-BMO Capital Markets hired Michael Vinciquerra as managing director and senior equity research analyst.
Mr. Vinciquerra joins the firm's Financial Institutions Equity Research group comprising five senior analysts, which covers more than 70 public companies, as well as specialty finance companies and real estate investment trusts. Based in Atlanta, he will focus on securities companies.
He joins BMO from Raymond James, where he covered specialty finance for the past eight years.

Houston-National Land Title Insurance Co. has added 20-year title industry veteran Cole Stremmel as its executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Mr. Stremmel most recently spent several years with the LandAmerica Financial Group as a vice president where he held the positions of Midwest operations manager, Denver retail manager and Chicago retail manager.
