Indecomm Acquires U.S. Recordings
Indecomm Global Services, a process outsourcing and services firm, has completed the acquisition of U.S. Recordings here.
U.S. Recordings has been a pioneer in the electronic technology for the mortgage recording industry. The company said its clients include all of the nation's 10 largest mortgage lenders.
"U.S. Recordings provides a powerful complement to our strong technology-based business process outsourcing solutions for the mortgage industry," said Naresh Ponnapa, president and CEO of Indecomm Global Services, in a news release.
"This move is in line with our stated direction of complementing our sound organic growth platform with an acquisition led strategy. Our goal is to be a complete partner with the most comprehensive set of outsourcing solutions available in the industry. We have capabilities spanning consulting, technology and a seamless global delivery model for back office processing."
Jeff Carlson, president and CEO of U.S. Recordings, said his company has been working with Indecomm on several outsourcing initiatives for the past two years.
"I am convinced that by taking this partnership to another level, we are creating a business model that is robust and enduring and one that will deliver great customer value," he said.
In 2006, Indecomm acquired Mortgage Dynamics, a consulting firm that provides services to the mortgage industry. Indecomm, which is based in India, provides outsourcing to the mortgage industry ranging from loan production, post-closing and delivery, loan servicing, secondary title and settlement agents, title underwriters and vendor management.
