San Francisco-Capmark Finance Inc. has hired Jimmy Yoo as a senior asset manager in its global servicing division.
Mr. Yoo most recently served as a vice president and commercial mortgage regional underwriter at Wells Fargo Bank.
Earlier in his career, he was employed by Capmark Finance as one of the first asset managers to work on the company's special servicing portfolio, and also served as a loan and REO asset manager at Capmark Finance for more than five years.
Tampa-Mortgage Contracting Services has named Joseph Caballero managing director for the company's new division, Mortgage Contracting Services Asset Management.
Mr. Caballero joins MCS from Bank of St. Petersburg where he served as CEO and president.
