Huntington Beach-Foreclosure Trackers Inc. named Randy Green as its vice president of data acquisition.
Mr. Green formerly held data acquisition roles with First American Real Estate, RealPro and SAFECO Title/American Title/Ticor Title before working with Dataquick as vice president of title services and national data alliance manager.
He also served as director of data acquisition for RealtyTrac.
Santa Ana-Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors LLC said that John Caley, an 18-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry with more than 12 years of experience in investment real estate transactions, has joined the company as senior managing director, real estate.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Mr. Caley served as managing director, and was a founding principal, of Meridian Value Partners LLC, where he was responsible for acquisitions, raising capital and operations.

Washington-The Mortgage Bankers Association said that Jay Brinkmann has been named the organization's chief economist and senior vice president for research and economics.
Mr. Brinkmann has been with the MBA since 2001 and has served as the organization's vice president of research for most of that period.
Prior to joining the MBA, he worked for Fannie Mae in the portfolio strategy and credit pricing areas.
He was previously on the business school faculty of the University of Houston where he specialized in the regulation of financial institutions and teaching commercial bank management after having worked in the commercial lending division of Premier National Bank in Louisiana.
Norwalk-GE Real Estate said that Michael Rowan has been named president of its Americas' Equity business unit.
Mr. Rowan began his GE Real Estate career in the early 1980s and, most recently, was managing director of its U.K. region.
He also held executive positions at the Heller Financial Real Estate Group, which was acquired by GE Real Estate in 2001, and at ITT Real Estate Services.
