Denver-LenderLive Network Inc. said that Craig Kaley has joined the company to analyze business architecture for potential clients.

With nearly 10 years in the mortgage industry, he has been involved in numerous IT development projects.

Before joining LenderLive, Mr. Kaley was an industry technical specialist and solutions architecture consultant.

He also spent several years as vice president of product development at Guardian Mortgage Documents Inc., which LenderLive acquired last year.


Jacksonville-George Schwartz, a former managing director for Bank of America, has been named executive vice president and division president of default services at ServiceLink, a unit of Fidelity National Financial.

Mr. Schwartz will be responsible for loss mitigation, title, closing and escrow, valuations, asset management and disposition.

He has more than 25 years experience in the areas of default administration, loss mitigation and mortgage servicing.

Prior to his tenure at Bank of America, he served as senior vice president, loan administration at Cenlar FSB, director of servicing management at Fannie Mae and EVP of real estate operations at FNRS Financial Corp.


Atlanta-Prommis Solutions, a provider of default processing services, said that Susan Staley has joined the company as vice president of loss mitigation.

She joins Prommis from Chrisley Asset Management where she served as asset manager for Fannie Mae REO.

Prior to that, Ms. Staley spent more than 25 years with Fannie Mae, where she lead the development of servicing pilots to establish new loss mitigation policies and procedures and managed internal loss mitigation efforts and operations.


Salisbury-Credit Plus Inc. promoted Greg Holmes to national director of sales and marketing.

Mr. Holmes, formerly the company's Southeast regional sales manager, will oversee national sales and marketing initiatives.

He was the vice president of direct sales in the Eastern U.S. for LandAmerica prior to joining Credit Plus.


Waltham-Pro Teck Valuation Services, a real estate valuation and risk solutions provider, said that Al Dalupan has joined the company as sales director, business development.

Mr. Dalupan will be responsible for developing configured valuation solutions for mortgage banks, investors, lenders and servicers from Pro Teck's West Coast office.

Prior to Pro Teck he held consulting and sales positions at RealEC, Servicelink and FNC. He began his career in real estate as a business lending officer with Bank of America.

Pro Teck also said that Jeff Marchetti joined the company as a senior sales director.

Mr. Marchetti will focus on introducing Pro Teck's valuation solutions to prospects in mortgage originations.

Prior to joining Pro Teck he held national sales positions at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and a subsidiary of H&R Block in the wholesale mortgage banking division.


Cleveland-Weltman Weinberg Reis Co. named Tom Cooperstein as the director of the WWR Real Estate Default Group.

Mr. Cooperstein will manage operations for the real estate group of WWR and be located in the firm's Cincinnati office.

He joins the firm with 29 years of experience in the consumer finance industry, the last 15 of which he specialized in real estate lending and servicing.

Throughout his career, he has held senior positions for corporations such as Accredited Home Lenders and Associated Home Equity, formerly known as Ford Consumer Finance.


Dallas-Gene Lugat joined PrimeLending as vice president-regional production manager for the mid-Atlantic region.

He will oversee production in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Mr. Lugat brings to PrimeLending over 25 years of industry experience.

He previous served at National City Mortgage as mid-Atlantic senior vice president and prior to that was senior vice president of the mid-Atlantic region for AccuBanc Mortgage.

Houston-REO Leasing Solutions expanded its management team which includes Jay Prasifka, a business development executive in national sales, Jessica Hensarling, who will manage operations with primary responsibility for the its CRM program and resident systems, and Susan Chaney, who will head up finance and accounting.

Ms. Prasifka brings more than 30 years of real estate and mortgage industry experience. Prior to joining R2L, she worked for Stewart Lender Services as a national account executive, and also worked for First Nationwide Mortgage Corp. as senior vice president.

Ms. Hensarling previously was with Coldwell Banker in the single-family property management division in San Antonio and also spent time with Capstone Real Estate Services and Homespring Residential Services.

Ms. Chaney will be responsible for the finance and accounting of R2L's property management platform and regulatory needs. Most recently she owned a real estate office and managed Copper Property Management in Houston.

Houston-Stewart Title of California Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp., appointed Steve Vivanco to the position of president of Stewart Title of California and the group vice president of Stewart Title Co. for California.

Mr. Vivanco joins Stewart from Bank of America's LandSafe National Default Division where he served as chief operations officer over its 18-state REO division.

Previously, he held senior level positions at Countrywide Financial Corp., MobilePlanet and Maxim Planning Group.


Virginia Beach-LoanCare, a provider of subservicing solutions and wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, said that Ralph Carrigan has been appointed chief operating officer.

He will be responsible for overseeing loan subservicing operations for LoanCare and has more than 30 years experience in mortgage servicing, most recently as founder and managing partner of AdMor Group.
