In this role, Mr. McCracken will be responsible for initiating, developing and expanding strategic partnerships with banks, mortgage servicing firms, credit unions and investment funds.
He previously held posts as a senior account executive at Aurora Loan Services and was a vice president, regional manager for Life Savings Bank.
UnitedTech Lender Services Inc., holding company to UTLS Default Services, UTLS Technology Services and UTLS Consulting Services, appointed Bradley Coburn as vice president of valuations.
Prior to his appointment as vice president of valuations, Coburn managed the quality and performance metrics as well as the appraisal training programs within JPMorgan Chase.
RBS Securities Inc. appointed Paul Jablansky as managing director, senior consumer ABS and nonagency residential strategist within its global banking and markets division in the Americas.
Jablansky will lead the team's consumer ABS and nonagency MBS strategy efforts.
Prior to joining RBS, he was a co-founder, co-managing partner and chief investment officer of 400 Capital Management LLC, an investment management company that focused on ABS, MBS and commercial mortgage-backed securities relative and absolute value strategies.

Lee R. Gibson, chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, has been elected to a two-year term as chairman of the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks.
He succeeds Michael Guttau, chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines.
Gibson currently serves as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of Southside Bank, headquartered in Tyler, Texas.
He has served on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas since 2002 and has served in the capacity of chairman since Jan. 1, 2007.
Prommis Solutions said that Dick Volentine has joined its business team as corporate counsel.
Volentine joins Prommis after serving for 10 years as associate general counsel at Fannie Mae, where he negotiated and drafted contracts, managed transactional issues involving mortgage-backed securities, and advised business leaders on mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, risk management and compliance issues.
He brings to Prommis over 30 years of experience as in-house counsel for a variety of banking, mortgage lending, insurance and financial institutions.
Prommis Solutions also promoted Jennifer Dorris to president.
She has been chief financial officer of Prommis since the company's inception.
Prior to joining Prommis Solutions, Dorris was chief financial officer of SmartMail LLC and prior to working at SmartMail spent four years at WebMD Inc. where she served as vice president and corporate controller.
CB Richard Ellis has added a new debt and equity finance presence in Albuquerque that will be spearheaded by new hire Peter Gineris.
Gineris has joined the firm as senior vice president in the capital markets division, focusing on all types of commercial real estate.
Gineris brings a total of 22 years of real estate experience in lending, commercial property development and mortgage banking.
Most recently, he was vice president and manager of Sunrise Mortgage's office in Albuquerque and assisted with the sourcing of commercial property finance opportunities.
Jefferies hired Cyril Paillard as a managing director in MBS/ABS sales in Paris, where he will cover institutional clients in France and Northern Europe.
Paillard has 18 years of industry experience and joins Jefferies from Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was EMEA head of credit structured products and solutions sales.
Prior to Royal Bank of Scotland, he was head of fixed-income sales for France at ABN Amro in Paris and EMEA head of credit and alternatives sales.
Jefferies also appointed Mark Green as a managing director and head of commercial mortgage-backed securities capital markets.
Green has 11 years of CMBS capital markets experience and joins Jefferies from UBS, where for four years he was a managing director and head of CMBS capital markets.
Braver Stern Securities said that George Kenny has joined the firm as a managing director and head of institutional fixed-income sales.
Kenny, who brings 25 years of experience in the fixed-income sector, will be responsible for expanding the firm's institutional sales force.
He was most recently the head of Americas rates sales at Bank of America and from 2001-2008 served as the head of Americas mortgage sales at Merrill Lynch.
Forest City Enterprises Inc. appointed David J. LaRue to the newly created position of executive vice president and chief operating officer, with responsibility for real estate activities across all of the company's business units.
Since 2003, he has been president and chief operating officer of Forest City's commercial group, which owns, develops, acquires and operates regional malls, specialty/urban retail centers, office and life science buildings, hotels and mixed-use projects.
LaRue joined the company in 1986 and previously served as executive vice president of Forest City Rental Properties and financial manager of Tower City Center in Cleveland.
GMAC said that Jeffrey Lemieux, senior vice president of fee-based servicing, has been appointed to the position of senior vice president of business lending sales.
Lemieux joined GMAC in June 2009 as senior vice president of fee-based servicing.
Prior to GMAC, he held executive positions at Cerberus Capital Management.
Lemieux is based in the company's Costa Mesa, Calif., office.
