FKNC Appoints New Executives
Fort Knox National Co., a provider of electronic payment processing services, has announced several new executive appointments designed to propel revenue growth by enhancing the company's customer-centric business focus.
Priscilla Capes has been appointed chief operating officer in charge of the company's call center, facilities management and human resources operations. Ms. Capes joined FKNC in 1993 and served previously as executive vice president.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Capes was an independent consultant to financial institutions and spent several years at KPMG Peat Marwick and Liberty National Bank.
J. Joshua Hartledge has been named chief marketing officer and will be responsible for directing the company's sales and marketing strategies, partner development initiatives and client services operations. Mr. Hartledge joined the company in 2000 from Tivoli Systems, a division of IBM, where he was an enterprise solutions manager. He has since served as FKNC's vice president for sales and marketing.
Jeffrey Stough assumes responsibility for new account and revenue development as vice president of sales and relationship management. He was previously a vice president at Bankers Trust and MetLife. He has over 20 years experience in financial services and began his career as a bank examiner for the Florida office of the OCC.
