CALIFORNIA

Irvine-Lewis Allen has joined Option One Mortgage Corp. as chief appraiser. In this role, he will oversee the daily operation of the company's appraisal department.

With more than 20 years of management and real estate valuation experience, Mr. Lewis specializes in integrating technology and business into solutions for the needs of mortgage banking organizations.

Prior to joining Option One, he was vice president, collateral valuation and appraisal manager, at IndyMac Bank in Pasadena, Calif., which he joined in 2001.

In addition to operating his own consulting company, he has worked for Experian Inc. in Anaheim, Calif., and GE Capital Mortgage Corp. in Irvine, Calif.

COLORADO

Denver-The Murrayhill Co. has hired John DellaSalle as manager of new products and sales and Kevin Kanouff as general counsel.

Mr. DellaSalle joins Murrayhill as manager of sales and product development. Prior to joining the company, he was a seasoned manager, sales professional and new product innovator with a national executive search and consulting firm.

Mr. Kanouff oversees all internal legal matters for Murrayhill, including client contract negotiations and legal compliance for human resource matters, employment practices and compensation.

Before joining Murrayhill, he worked for Dorsey & Whitney LLP as an attorney.

CONNECTICUT

Greenwich-Steven Mullaney and Bart Sokol have joined RBS Greenwich Capital's Liquid Products Group. Mr. Mullaney, managing director, will head swaps trading. Mr. Sokol, senior vice president, will focus on trading United States dollar swaps.

Mr. Mullaney joined RBS Greenwich Capital from ABN Amro where he was managing director of United States dollar swaps. Prior to ABN Amro, he worked as director of United States dollar interest rate swaps traders at Mizuho Capital Markets.

Mr. Sokol also joined RBS Greenwich Capital from ABN Amro where he was director of trading United States dollar swaps.

Stamford-Global Realty Outsourcing Inc. has hired Susan Thrasher as senior vice president, residential services.

In her new position, Ms. Thrasher will direct all of the company's residential outsourcing operations from GRO's Charlotte, N.C., office. Her responsibilities will include business development for residential outsourcing services and the management of all aspects of the company's residential operations. Ms. Thrasher was formerly executive vice president, mortgage servicing, for First Nationwide Mortgage Corp.

FLORIDA

Jacksonville-Decade Systems Corp. has named Jeffrey T. Osheka as its new regional vice president of sales, Eastern region.

In his new position, Mr. Osheka will be responsible for generating revenues, recruiting and training additional sales personnel as well as providing support and assistance to current clients within his sales division.

Previously, he held the position of senior vice president for ZC Sterling Corp.and has also held executive positions with mortgage technology companies such as Ultraprise Loan Technologies, GHR Systems and Ellie Mae.

ILLINOIS

Chicago-Margaret M. Kerins has joined RBS Greenwich Capital's Liquid Products Group as a managing director in the firm's Chicago office.

Ms. Kerins is responsible for liquid product sales specializing in agency structures for the sales and marketing division of the Liquid Product Group.

Ms. Kerins joins RBS Greenwich Capital from Banc One Capital Markets where she was director in the fixed income strategy group. Prior to Banc One, she was a director in the quantitative analysis group focusing in agency securities at ABN Amro.

MICHIGAN

Ann Arbor-ABN Amro Mortgage Group named Michael Griffith as group manager of its financial institutions channel, interfirstlink.com. Mr. Griffith will oversee all aspects of managing the partnerships between AAMG and financial institutions active on interfirstlink.com, including a national sales force. He was formerly the manager of AAMG's National Lending Center direct sales operation and joined AAMG's National Lending Center in 2000 as vice president, customer experience.

MINNESOTA

Minneapolis-Chris Kehew has joined Dexma Inc. as director of account management, a new strategic position that was added to help Dexma develop a better understanding of the business needs and growth potential within Dexma's client base.

Mr. Kehew joins Dexma from Minnesota-based Paragon Reinsurance Risk Management Services Inc.

NEW YORK

New York-Gregory Winsper has been named a senior vice president of AXA Financial with overall responsibility for relationship marketing, brand management, lead generation programs and local market development.

Mr. Winsper has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career at The Equitable Life Assurance Society in 1986 as an agency operations manager in Lake Success, N.Y.

New York-Rockwood Realty has appointed John O'Rourke as a managing director. Mr. O'Rourke will be based at the company's New York headquarters and will lend his experience and expertise in the areas of investment sales, debt and equity finance and advisory services.
