United Guaranty Appoints Loss Mitigation Executive
AIG United Guaranty has appointed Chris Goodwin to the position of vice president with responsibility for loss mitigation, claims and servicing.
Previously, he was assistant vice president for the actuarial department. Mr. Goodwin joined AIG United Guaranty in 1992. The company also announced several technology-related appointments. Mary Bruton was recently promoted to assistant vice president and director of development for the information technology and services group. She joined the company in 1986.
Ernie Harris, who joined the company in 1993, has been promoted to assistant vice president in the information technology and services group.
Sandy Watson, who joined the company in 1979, has been promoted to assistant vice president in the customer quality center, which handles servicing-related transactions including default reporting on the company's residential insured loan portfolio.
And Robert Zimmet has been promoted to assistant vice president and director of development in the information technology and services group.
AIG United Guaranty provides mortgage guaranty insurance for first and second mortgages as well as other mortgage-related financial services for mortgage lenders and the mortgage secondary market.
