Mr. Pierce has more than 25 years experience in wholesale and retail mortgage banking. Prior to joining ResMAE, he held positions at Long Beach Mortgage Co. as regional sales manager, senior vice president and regional vice president. He also served as Southern California's district manager for Transamerica Financial Services.
Calabasas-Countrywide Financial Corp. has added one executive and promoted three executives in the banking and insurance groups of the company.

Washington-Option One Mortgage Corp., a leading national residential mortgage lender and subsidiary of H&R Block Inc., has appointed Larry Gilmore as director of housing, industry and trade relations, and Anne Tyree as director of project management.
Prior to joining Option One, Mr. Gilmore served as associate director of government affairs at the Mortgage Bankers Association, which he joined in 2000. From 1997 to 2000, he was manager of market opportunities for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Des Moines.
Ms. Tyree, who will direct corporate projects associated with alternative markets, including product development and outreach, was most recently director of operations and chief of staff to the vice president of community development lending at Freddie Mac. She joined Freddie Mac in 1991.

Oak Brook-The board of directors of Inland Real Estate Corp. made changes to its board of directors and the appointment of a chief operating officer. Specifically, the board announced its decision to split the role of chairman and chief executive officer.
The board appointed Daniel L. Goodwin to serve as chairman. Robert D. Parks will continue as president and CEO, and will remain on the board.
The company also said that Mark E. Zalatoris, the company's chief financial officer and treasurer, has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Horsham-GMAC Commercial Holding Corp. has appointed Gregory J. McManus and Conrad J. Suszynski executive vice presidents of its newly formed Global Structuring and Distribution Group.
Mr. McManus and Mr. Suszynski will jointly manage the company's financial assets and execute exit and funding strategies for the many financial products offered by GMACCH.
Previously, Mr. Suszynski served as co-head of the unit responsible for securitization activities for GMACCH's real estate investment banking division, GMAC Commercial Holding Capital Corp., as well as third-party clients. Prior to joining the company in 1999, he was a principal of Chicago-based Quantum Financial Corp.
Mr. McManus has more than 15 years experience in real estate lending and finance. He joined GMACCH in 1999 as the head of Loan Syndications.
Prior to his appointment to executive vice president, McManus was responsible for creating and securing third-party funding sources for GMACCH as well as global asset distribution.
Dallas-The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas promoted Tom Lewis to senior vice president, and Robert Brick and Charles Lockyear to vice president.
Mr. Lewis serves as controller for the Bank. He joined the Bank in January 2003 after having served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and controller for AMRESCO Capital Trust.
