CALIFORNIA

San Francisco-Applied Financial Technology has appointed Eric Christensen as vice president of sales.

A veteran of the mortgage industry, Mr. Christensen was most recently director of risk-based pricing at Fannie Mae.

Previously, he held positions as director of product development at E*Trade Financial and as vice president of sales at mortgage industry credit analytics vendor LoanPerformance.

Santa Ana-Ron Marx has joined Safeco Financial Institution Solutions as a relationship manager, based in Buffalo, N.Y.

Mr. Marx comes to Safeco FIS following 15 years with Bank of America at its mortgage servicing operations located in the Buffalo area, where he held management positions in the areas of hazard insurance, mortgage insurance and tax.

Most recently he served as vice president in the bank's mortgage and consumer escrow division.

CONNECTICUT

Stamford-Stanley Yee has been promoted to credit manager at Stamford Mortgage Co.

Mr. Yee has been with the firm for three years, most recently as underwriter and processing department manager.

Prior to joining Stamford Mortgage, he was a senior loan processor with Dwyer & Associates of San Francisco for one year. Before this, he was the senior loan processor for Inter-Bay Financial, also of San Francisco, for three years.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

Washington-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has hired Patrick V. Kinlan and he will be responsible for all future HFF activities involving Freddie Mac.

Mr. Kinlan has 30 years of real estate finance experience including production, underwriting and asset management of equity and debt transactions.

He began his career at Aetna Life and recently spent six years as Freddie Mac's Southeast regional director. Mr. Kinlan has been a member of the National Multi Housing Council and the Mortgage Banker's Association for the past five years.

FLORIDA

Palm Harbor-Nationwide Title Clearing has named Patrick Dunaway as vice president, new accounts.

For the past eight years, Mr. Dunaway has been working in marketing and sales in the mortgage field, and before that for 10 years as a management consultant for privately owned medical practices.

Additionally, he has a real estate license and has been a real estate trainer.

GEORGIA

Atlanta-Assurant Solutions said that Deborah A. Davis, manager of the Florence, S.C., hazard insurance service center, has been promoted to vice president. Ms. Davis joined Assurant Solutions in January 2004.

Ms. Davis came to Assurant Solutions from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc., where she served as director, post closing, in Frederick, Md.

She previously was a senior manager with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Charlotte, N.C., Mellon Mortgage Co. in Denver and Commonwealth Mortgage Co. in Houston.

ILLINOIS

Lake in the Hills-Cheryl Kosche has joined Mortgage Insurance Agency Ltd. as senior vice president.

She had spent the previous nine years with Bankers Insurance Service where she was sales director and product manager of the Mortgage Originator Program and Warehouse Lender/Mortgage Investor Program.

In her new role with Mortgage Insurance Agency, Ms. Kosche will specialize in mortgage fraud and provide education information as well as develop new insurance products relevant to the changing needs of the mortgage banking community.

NEW YORK

New York-Glenn J. Mouridy has been named president and chief financial officer of MortgageIT Holdings Inc., a New York-based real estate investment trust.

Mr. Mouridy was most recently executive vice president for operations and risk management at Chase Home Finance, a company he previously served as CFO.

Mr. Mouridy's experience includes financial management, strategic planning, servicing operations, risk management, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, tax accounting and law.

NORTH CAROLINA

Greensboro-AIG United Guaranty has filled several key management positions.

Chris Goodwin has been promoted to vice president with responsibility for the loss mitigation, claims and servicing groups. Previously he was assistant vice president for the actuarial department. Mr. Goodwin joined AIG United Guaranty in 1992.

PENNSYLVANIA

Horsham-GMAC Mortgage Corp. has promoted Julie A. Rousselow to senior vice president of financial operations and has hired Robert F. Hopson as director of property preservation and valuation.

Ms. Rousselow, who has been with GMAC Mortgage for nearly 20 years, will assume responsibility for all financial operations across national loan administration, including investor reporting, cash operations, cash management and financial administration. She most recently served as vice president of cash operations.

Mr. Hopson brings more than 15 years of experience in the loan servicing industry to his new position. He most recently served as a default manager for Cendant Mortgage Corp. He has also held positions at CitiMortgage and Wendover Financial Services.

SOUTH CAROLINA

Greenville-Nautilus Capital LLC, a wholesale dealer in distressed mortgage loans, said that John M. Zimmerman has joined the firm in its financial institution sales division.

Mr. Zimmerman will focus his efforts on banking and thrift institutions nationwide. He brings nearly seven years of commercial lending and real estate experience to this position, having worked with several Greenville-area financial institutions.

TEXAS

Houston-RBC Mortgage Co. has appointed Randy Stewart as senior vice president, secondary marketing. He will be responsible for all secondary marketing and interest-rate hedging activities for the organization.

Before joining RBC Mortgage, Mr. Stewart was executive vice president of Houston-based Sterling Capital Mortgage, which was acquired by RBC Mortgage in September 2003.

Mr. Stewart brings more than 20 years of mortgage experience to his new position, including serving as senior vice president of Mercantile Mortgage Corp. and holding numerous positions at United Guaranty Mortgage Insurance.

WISCONSIN

Brookfield-Mark Sievewright, former president and chief executive officer of TowerGroup, has joined Fiserv Inc. as senior vice president of business development.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sievewright was president and chief executive officer at PSI (now part of TNS-NFO Worldgroup), a marketing information company specializing in financial services.
