Venture Encoding, Ventanex Team Up
Two Texas-based companies that offer electronic bill payment and presentment options have formed an alliance designed to make electronic payment options easier for loan servicers to use.
Venture Encoding provides presentment technologies and Ventanex develops payment options. The companies said the alliance combines user-friendly bill presentment with multiple forms of electronic payment and check management.
Venture Encoding president Kenny Hargis said in a joint news release that the alliance reflects increasing market demand for EBPP services. He said, "It won't be long before offering efficient, intuitive online bill viewing and payment options will be necessary for any loan servicing company that wants to keep its customers."
Venture Encoding provides electronic printing, print/mail applications, fulfillment services, online customer care tools and electronic bill presentment, and payment services. Through alliances with other companies, Venture also provides a variety of seamless billing options for managing the transition from paper to electronic bill presentment and payment.
Ventanex, a privately held company based in San Antonio, created the Total Payment Platform using patent-pending technology. The technology allows clients to take paper processes and turn them into a stream of electronic data. Clients enjoy a single system that enables them to electronify ASC items from their lock box, IVR systems, websites and within their own customer servicing applications, the company said.
