GSEs to Lower Loan Limits in 2014

The long term affordability trends have been steadily climbing, but the actual affordability index has fallen below those long term trends for three months. That's a result of all the new found equity we have. So because we bucked the trend for long term trends with affordability for three months, folks in theory are going to stop buying homes, which causes a housing bubble.
