LRES Corp. has promoted Jill Haro to senior vice president of corporate administration.

Haro currently oversees compliance and corporate-wide strategic projects for LRES and her role will now expand to include responsibility for the vendor management department.

She has more than 15 years of experience working within the mortgage services industry in operations, client relations and corporate project management.

WESTLAKE

Velocity Mortgage Capital has hired Michael Oddi as chief marketing officer.

He is responsible for the company's brand image, messaging, marketing communications and media strategy.

Oddi has over 30 years of experience in brand development, and prior to joining Velocity he was the CEO Tango Partners, a marketing and business development consultancy.

Berkadia has added Managing Director Monica Newman to its HUD affordable housing team, the fifth new member to join the group this year. She will be based out of the firm's Denver office.

Newman joins Berkadia from CBRE, where she served as an executive vice president on the capital markets team. Prior to CBRE, she was managing director for AmeriSphere Mortgage Finance, now a part of NorthMarq Capital.

Berkadia also added Senior Director Nick Steele to its Denver office.

Steele joins Berkadia from Marcus & Millichap, where he served as first vice president of investments.

Alexis Anderson has joined MortgageFlex Systems as its new director of marketing. She will be responsible for all corporate digital marketing and communications for the Jacksonville-based developer of loan origination system, servicing and other mortgage technology.

Anderson is a second-generation mortgage professional. She graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama College of Communication and Information Sciences with a degree in public relations, with a specific focus on digital marketing communications and design.

Chris Horley has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as manager of its new Newport, R.I., branch office.

Horley brings to Mortgage Network 23 years of mortgage banking experience in the Rhode Island area and most recently served as a senior loan officer for Citizens Bank.

Greystone has hired Bryan Foxley as a managing director to further expand the firm's lending operations in the Seattle market.

Based in Greystone's Kirkland, Wash., office, Foxley is a veteran in commercial lending in local and national markets.

Previously, he was vice president of commercial real estate finance at Intervest, a bank-owned mortgage banking company, where he managed the Northwest regional lending office.
