LRES, a residential and commercial mortgage services company, has promoted Audrey Clearwater to senior vice president of operations.

Clearwater, who has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage services industry, currently oversees commercial and residential evaluation operations for LRES.

As senior vice president, Clearwater will be focused on expanding the company's commercial and residential evaluation division and diversifying the company’s current product offerings.

Remax Holdings Inc., the parent company of Remax and Motto Mortgage, has hired Kerry McGovern as vice president, communications.

McGovern will oversee all internal and external communications, including PR and social media.

She previously served with Under Armour, Drizly Inc. and as the director of communications at the National Hockey League.

Matthew McVay has joined The StoneHill Group as quality control audit manager in the company's Jacksonville office.

He previously served as a quality control lead, performance supervisor and underwriter for Digital Risk, and as a quality control underwriter for Opus Capital Markets Consultants.

Prior to moving into the quality control field, McVay ran his own mortgage brokerage business.

Hudson United Title Services has named Michael Adams as its director of sales for New York and New Jersey.

Adams, an 18-year veteran in the industry, has been with Hudson United Title Services since its inception in 2001 and has played a major role in the company's growth throughout the years.
