Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has hired Greg Goldstein as a senior director in its loan sales group.

Goldstein brings to HFF nearly 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Since 2004, he has worked at Eastdil Secured where he was most recently a senior vice president in its loan sales group.

Citywide Home Loans has hired David Hosterman as regional manager.

In his role, Hosterman is responsible for overseeing four branch locations, including Westminster, Northglenn, Boulder and Greenwood Village, Colo.

Prior to joining Citywide Home Loans, he spent 14 years in the mortgage industry with Ace Mortgage and Castle & Cooke Mortgage, most recently as a branch manager for the last 10 years with Castle & Cooke.

Blue Water Financial Technologies has hired Jason Sweeney as executive director, business development.

In his role, Sweeney is responsible for new client acquisition, overseeing all outbound business development efforts.

Prior to joining Blue Water, he spent nearly 20 years in finance at Triad Guaranty and Southwest Business Corp., and most recently served with Incenter as executive vice president of national sales.

Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has opened a new office in Kyle, which will be led by branch manager Lee Warbinton.

Warbinton has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, and spent the previous 15 years of her career working in finance.

She previously worked for Cendera Funding. Prior to that, and before moving to Texas, she was worked for Guaranteed Rate out of Chicago.
