IRVINE

RealtyTrac hired Richard Lombardi as executive vice president and general manager leading its data and file licensing business.

Lombardi, the former vice president of data solutions at CoreLogic, has more than 25 years of experience in data solutions, information services, data analytics and related businesses.

Prior to his tenure at CoreLogic, he also held executive positions at Experian and Westcorp.

LOS ANGELES

The University of Southern California Lusk Center for Real Estate appointed Rodney Ramcharan as its research director.

The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy has also named Ramcharan an associate professor of real estate and public policy.

He had been with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the last five years, serving most recently as the chief of the systemic financial institutions and markets section.

He was also the United States representative on the Basel Research Task Force, and the Federal Reserve's representative on the Basel Large Exposures Working Group.

At the Lusk Center, Ramcharan replaces Gary Painter, who was recently named director of social policy for the USC Sol Price Center for Social Innovation.

CAMBRIDGE

Barry Aldorisio has joined Cambridge Savings Bank as first vice president, residential lending.

He will be responsible for overseeing and developing Cambridge Saving Bank's residential mortgage loan officer team.

Aldorisio comes to Cambridge Savings Bank with more than 20 years of residential lending experience in Massachusetts.

Most recently, he was vice president, mortgage sales at Metro Credit Union in Chelsea, Mass.

DANVERS

Michael Folkemer has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a senior loan officer in the company's York, Pa., branch office.

He brings to Mortgage Network nine years of mortgage banking experience in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Most recently, Folkemer served as loan originator for Centric Bank.

Dune Real Estate Partners said that Nitin Karnani is joining the firm as a partner and will be named to Dune's investment committee.

Karnani has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing.

He was most recently a managing director in real estate at The Blackstone Group, where he sourced opportunities in distressed debt and equity investments across property sectors.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Karnani was head of commercial real estate at GSO Capital Partners and a member of the firm's real estate investment committee.

Alston & Bird has expanded its real estate finance and investment group with the addition of Bert Greenwell as counsel in the firm's New York office.

He arrives from Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance and commercial mortgage securitization.

Greenwell represents institutional lenders in all aspects of real estate financings and restructurings.

Prior to his role at Kelley Drye, Greenwell was of counsel at Weber & Rose PSC.

WISCONSIN

GSF Mortgage named Bruce Olster as its new chief financial officer.

Before joining GSF Mortgage, Olster was senior vice president for the multifamily warehouse lending divisions at Banco Popular North America.

He was also CEO and co-founder of NattyMac, a nationwide mortgage warehouse company that served single-family and multifamily independent mortgage bankers.
