HomeUnion has hired Geri Brewster as chief compliance and risk officer.

Brewster has more than 30 years of leadership experience in government, legal, corporate and private equity environments.

Most recently she was COO at Fleetgistics, a private equity funded company in the transportation logistics space.

PASADENA

Rekon Technologies has named Jim Su vice president for sales and marketing.

Su, who has worked at the company since 2005, was formerly vice president for software development at Rekon, a key position into which Daniel Yun has been promoted after four years of steadily increasing responsibilities in Rekon's software development department.

Yun came to Rekon as a software developer in 2011, bringing more than 10 years of technology and database IT experience with companies in the greater Los Angeles area.

Altavera Mortgage Services has named Debora Aydelotte to its executive team.

Aydelotte brings more than 25 years of experience in business line development, risk management and operational expansion and improvement to Altavera, where she will serve as chief operating officer.

Most recently, she served as president of Altisource Origination Services.

Prior to Altisource, Aydelotte drove expansion and profitability at mortgage banking and financial services firms such as Wells Fargo, HomeSide Lending, Mellon Bank and BancBoston.

Travis Wright has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a loan officer in its Columbia, S.C., branch office.

In his new role, Wright will be responsible for serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout the metro Columbia area.

He brings 10 years of retail banking experience in the Columbia area to Mortgage Network and most recently served as an assistant vice president/branch manager for NBSC, a division of Synovus Bank.

Providence Bank Mortgage has hired Peter Grefrath as a mortgage banking officer.

Grefrath began his lending career as a credit analyst in 2007 and has over eight years of lending experience.

His background is in conventional loans, government lending, investment property lending, portfolio lending and nonconventional jumbo lending.

TEXAS

Mid America Mortgage Inc. has rehired former employee Kara Lamphere as director of correspondent lending to manage both its correspondent lending operations and compliance program.

Lamphere previously worked at Mid America Mortgage from July 2012 to July 2014 as chief compliance officer.

Since then, she was employed at CMG Financial, serving as senior vice president of compliance, and later adding the role of managing correspondent lending operations.
