National Mortgage Insurance Corp., a subsidiary of NMI Holdings Inc., appointed Michael Dirrane as senior managing director and chief sales officer of National MI.
Dirrane previously served as National MI’s senior managing director of government relations and managing director of national accounts.
Prior to joining National MI, he was an executive vice president with PHH Mortgage, where he headed corporate sales, including retail, private label, wholesale and correspondent lending channels.
His prior experience also includes senior management positions with GE Capital Mortgage Insurance, Fannie Mae and Amerin Guaranty.
National MI has also appointed Sharon Traumuller as senior vice president of national accounts.
Prior to joining the company, Traumuller spent 20 years in the mortgage insurance industry with CMAC and GE Capital MI.
Rounding out National MI's sales management team is senior vice president Norm Fitzgerald.
Fitzgerald joined the company in August 2014 after growing correspondent lending channels for Nationstar and PHH.

ClosingCorp, a provider of residential real estate closing cost data and technology for mortgage lenders, title and settlement companies, named Dan Mugge its new senior vice president of program development.
Mugge's primary role will be supporting innovation through existing offerings and bringing new solutions to market.
He brings to the company more than 20 years of experience managing and leading teams in the mortgage and real estate technology industry.
Mugge previously served as CIO for Rels, a settlement services joint venture, and was president of the RESDirect vendor management joint venture.

Capsilon, a provider of cloud-based document and data management solutions for mortgage lenders and investors, named Dave Nielsen as senior vice president of sales.
Nielsen has more than 20 years of experience as an enterprise sales leader with a focus on technology and services for the banking and mortgage industry.
Prior to joining Capsilon, he served as vice president of sales, banking and lending solutions at CoreLogic in Irvine, Calif.
Previously, Nielsen served as vice president of product development for Fremont Investment & Loan.

Guaranteed Rate named Jonathan Mullins as regional manager and senior vice president, based in the company's Roswell, Ga., office.
In his new role, Mullins will oversee the company's mortgage lending, sales and operations in Louisiana, Mississippi and south Texas, including San Antonio, Austin and Houston, and he will co-manage those operations and recruiting in Alabama.

RMR Real Estate Income Fund promoted Fernando Diaz to president and senior portfolio manager.
Diaz will replace Adam Portnoy who will remain a managing trustee on the RIF board of trustees and a co-portfolio manager of the fund along with Diaz.
Diaz served as vice president and portfolio manager of RIF and its predecessor funds since 2007.
He also serves as vice president of RMR Advisors Inc. the advisor to RIF.
Prior to joining RMR Advisors, Diaz was a senior REIT analyst and assistant portfolio manager with GID Securities and a senior REIT analyst and assistant portfolio manager with State Street Global Advisors/The Tuckerman Group
