CONNECTICUT

GREENWICH

Starwood Property Trust Inc. promoted Adam Behlman and Isaac Pesin to the position of co-presidents of its real estate investing and servicing division.

In their new role they will oversee the CMBS and real estate investment platform as well as lead LNR Partners, the company's commercial mortgage special servicer.

Behlman has served as the head of capital markets and chief risk officer for LNR since 2011.

Prior to this role, Behlman served as head of the real estate finance and CMBS division of UBS.

He has over 25 years of capital markets and real estate experience with firms including Deutsche Bank, Prudential Securities and Deloitte.

Pesin most recently served as managing director of investments and business development for LNR.

He started as a loan asset manager in 2003 and across his 11-year career at the firm has held various positions including co-president of special servicing, director of business development and director of operations.

Before joining LNR, Pesin worked in the real estate practice group at JPMorgan Partners, the private equity arm of JPMorgan Chase.

FLORIDA

Hamilton Group Funding has hired Nitin Dave as vice president, servicing and agency relations.

As a senior-level manager, Dave has more than 35 years of mortgage lending expertise.

Previous work experience includes a 25-year tenure with Fannie Mae, where he advanced from a staff underwriting position to senior business manager and director.

Most recently, he served as vice president of servicing and securitization for agency relations at Southern Trust Mortgage, a subsidiary of Middleburg Bank in Virginia.

INDIANA

INDIANAPOLIS

Stonegate Mortgage Corp. said that Scott Houp has been appointed to the role of senior vice president, third party origination Eastern division manager.

Houp has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

Most recently, he worked as FVP national production, wholesale and correspondent at Kinecta Federal Credit Union.

Previously, he held management positions at several financial institutions, including MetLife and Washington Mutual Bank.

In addition to Houp's appointment, Dwayne Cook will assume the role of SVP, TPO program manager.

MASSACHUSETTS

DANVERS

Beth Santella has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a loan originator in the company's Braintree, Mass., branch office.

In her new role, Santella will be responsible for serving borrowers in Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth counties.

She brings to Mortgage Network nearly three decades of mortgage banking experience in the South Shore and metropolitan Boston areas.

PENNSYLVANIA

HORSHAM

Selene Finance has named residential mortgage servicing and originations veteran Joseph Pensabene as the company's next chief executive officer.

He will also be elected to the board of directors and his employment with Selene is effective Aug. 3.

Pensabene most recently served as the managing director of lending operations at Bayview Loan Servicing.

Prior to that he was the executive vice president and chief servicing officer at GMAC ResCap where he oversaw all aspects of the company's primary, special, master and fee-based servicing businesses.

Selene Finance also said that Larry Litton Jr. has elected to retire.

He was previously the CEO of Selene Finance and had joined the firm in 2011.
