Ellie Mae appointed Karen Blasing and Rajat Taneja to its board of directors.

Blasing was most recently the chief financial officer of Guidewire Software, a position she held since 2009 through March 2015.

Previously she was the CFO for Force 10 Networks, SVP of finance for Salesforce.com and CFO for Nuance Communications and Counterpane Internet Security.

Taneja has been executive vice president, technology, for Visa, since November 2013.

Previously he was the chief technology officer for Electronic Arts.

Prior to Electronic Arts, Taneja spent 15 years at Microsoft where he last served as corporate vice president of the company's commerce division.

T.J. Curran has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a loan officer in the company's Providence, R.I., branch office.

In his new role, he will be responsible for serving borrowers and homeowners throughout Rhode Island.

Curran brings to Mortgage Network 12 years of mortgage banking experience in Rhode Island, and he most recently served as a mortgage banker for William Raveis Real Estate in Providence.

Alston & Bird has expanded its real estate finance and investment group with the addition of Stephen Millas as counsel in the firm's New York office.

He arrives from Reed Smith LLP and works on commercial real estate finance, acquisition, leasing and development.

Prior to his role at Reed Smith, Millas was senior vice president and chief counsel of the commercial real estate group at CIT Group Inc.

Earlier in his career, he was an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.

Wells Fargo Securities said that Anish Lohokare has joined the firm as a director and senior research analyst in structured products research.

He joined Wells Fargo Securities from BNP Paribas, where he was the lead RMBS strategist with a focus on both agency RMBS and interest rates.

Lohokare also worked at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, where his duties included pricing credit and structuring CMOs.

RealConnex said that Jamie Goldman has joined the company as senior vice president, product marketing.

In this capacity, Goldman will be responsible for leading the product, marketing and customer service teams.

He brings over 18 years of marketing and product development experience to RealConnex.

Most recently, he served as vice president, platforms and e-business for ERA Real Estate.

Assure360 named Tracy Wierzelewski vice president of shared services for the company.

Wierzelewski brings to the company 30 years of experience in IS/IT management roles.

Prior to joining the company, she served as the project manager for Project Leadership Associates where she was responsible for program and project management, project scheduling and implementation.

Before her position with Project Leadership Associates, she served as the client services manager for Fidelity National Information Services.
