The Peak Corporate Network, a Southern California-based group of companies providing real estate services nationwide, has appointed Sagi Cohen as its chief executive.

In this role, Cohen will manage the organization's support, sales and marketing units, and oversee the operations of all the entities represented by the brand.

He brings to Peak more than 20 years of experience in marketing and management, including 10 years as CEO Caesarstone USA.

CONNECTICUT

HARTFORD

Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers appointed John Faust as a managing director in business development.

Faust brings to Cornerstone over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

He joins the firm from JPMorgan Asset Management, where he served as managing director of its global real assets group.

Previously, he served at Legacy Partners Commercial as a senior managing director, and at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, where he held the role of principal of institutional sales.

FLORIDA

ARMA Acquisition has formed A360 Real Estate Solutions, a title and closing outsourcing business, and appointed Pam Murphy as senior vice president of operations.

Murphy comes to A360 RES with over 25 years of experience and has held positions in all facets of the industry, including mortgage servicing, default, title and closing.

She previously served as COO of Pierce & Associates PC, a default servicing law firm in Chicago.

MARYLAND

GLEN BURNIE

United Bank has named Landon Banfield as vice president, head of the bank's new correspondent lending channel, ResX Partners.

He has more than 25 years of experience in third-party and capital markets business development, having most recently served as vice president at ABA Community Bank Mortgage, a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association.

Banfield has also held positions with American Partners Bank, Pedestal and Chevy Chase Bank.

MICHIGAN

TROY

United Wholesale Mortgage has hired Jason Bressler as its chief technology officer.

Bressler most recently served as chief information officer at The Federal Savings Bank in Chicago, a veteran-owned bank with a focus on VA loans and FHA loans for military and first-time homebuyers.

He had previously worked as the director of information technology at Guaranteed Rate for 15 years.

PLAIN CITY

A2Z Field Services said that Tony D'Aurelio has joined the company as the director of sales.

D'Aurelio brings to the firm over 15 years of industry experience with a background in retail banking, mortgage banking and mortgage field services.

In this new role, he will work with A2Z's sales team to develop new business opportunities.

VIRGINIA

RICHMOND

SunTrust Banks Inc. said that Kathleen Zadareky will lead investor and regulatory strategy for SunTrust Mortgage Inc.

She brings more than 25 years of housing experience to the position, most recently serving as deputy assistant secretary and associate deputy assistant secretary, single-family housing for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Prior to her service at HUD, Zadareky was section chief of investigations, consumer response at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
