Ellie Mae Upgrades Software with Freddie, Fannie Integrations

Ellie Mae has launched the latest version of its mortgage management software, featuring updates on trade management reporting and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae integrations.

The Pleasanton, Calif.-based company released version 16.1 of its Encompass product, according to a Monday news release.

The new version includes software that provides access to all fields in trade management, a more secure eSign platform, and expanded construction lending support that includes automated calculations for the loan estimate and closing disclosure forms.

The latest version of Encompass also provides enhanced integrations with Fannie Mae to better detect and resolve data quality issues early in the loan cycle.

Users will also be able to access Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector underwriting system with fewer clicks. Ellie Mae added the latest version of Encompass is its first step toward integrating with Freddie Mac's Loan Advisor Suite.

The new software will also enable electronic submission of appraisal data to the Federal Housing Administration.
