ClosingCorp said that Matthew Lichtner has joined the company as vice president of sales, strategic relationships.

In this position, Lichtner will be responsible for developing and maintaining technology-provider relationships.

He brings to the firm more than 25 years of industry experience and most recently was a national sales executive at ServiceLink, where he was responsible for new business development and account oversight for origination products and services.

John Magness, chief operating officer of Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., has been promoted to president of Old Republic Title Cos. Inc., a new, midstream holding company of the Old Republic Title Insurance Group.

In this new and expanded role, he will lead all revenue-producing, direct and agency operations, commercial operations, and technical service operations and entities in the title group.

Magness joined Old Republic Title in 2009 and has more than 30 years of experience in the title insurance and real estate industries.

MARYLAND

ROCKVILLE

CoesterVMS, a national appraisal management company, has hired Oscar Estrella as a regional market leader.

Estrella, who has nearly 20 years of mortgage industry experience, is responsible for expanding the company's footprint on the West Coast.

He previously served with Bank of the West, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, IndyMac Bank and Genpact Inc.

PENNSYLVANIA

PHILADELPHIA

Lancaster Pollard said that Miles Kingston and Tony Ruberg have joined the firm's Philadelphia office.

Both will be providing seniors housing and health care clients with a full range of investment banking, mortgage banking, private equity, balance sheet financing and M&A advisory services.

Prior to joining Lancaster Pollard, Kingston was a commercial loan officer and assistant vice president of health care lending at Metro Bank in Harrisburg, Pa.

Ruberg worked in the commodities hedging and risk management division of Huntington National Bank as an associate director before joining Lancaster Pollard.

TEXAS

Starkey Mortgage has named Douglas Casbon executive vice president, national production manager and John Steele senior vice president, Southeast regional manager.

Casbon previously served as senior vice president, Southeast regional manager for Starkey.

Steele is responsible for recruiting qualified branch managers and mortgage bankers to expand Starkey's footprint in the Southeast.
