Dallas-based residential mortgage originator PrimeLending has opened a branch office in Anchorage.

The new branch will be anchored by Leonard Cullip (branch manager), Kristen Brown (loan originator), Derek Huit, (production manager), Jeff Huit (team loan officer), Annemarie Weiland (loan originator), Joe Weiss (loan originator), Sara Wiggers (loan originator) and Tabitha Scott (business developer).

Money360 has hired Ken Gaitan, a commercial real estate finance veteran, as regional director of the company's Western region.

Gaitan brings nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his role, and specializes in originating bridge and permanent small balance loans, generating pipeline development and asset management.

He has served in senior production/management roles for noteworthy institutional firms such as Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, CBRE and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, as well as emerging companies such as Thorofare Capital, PennyMac CREF and Johnson Capital Express.

1st Advantage Mortgage said that Deena Sisson has joined the firm as regional vice president.

Based out of San Antonio, she will focus on talent recruitment and growing the company's presence nationwide, with an emphasis on Southwest markets.

A 28-year industry veteran, Sisson was the Texas regional manager for New Penn Financial prior to joining 1st Advantage Mortgage.

Reed Smith LLP said that Jodi Schwimmer has joined firm as a partner in its global financial industry group.

Schwimmer was most recently a partner at Dechert and brings with her two associates integrated into her practice, Samantha Chertoff and Carla Moore.

Her practice focuses in the areas of CMBS, real estate finance and structured finance, representing issuers, underwriters, loan sellers and investors in both public and private securitizations.

Prior to Dechert, Schwimmer was at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

MetaSource has promoted Mary Kladde to senior vice president of mortgage services.

In this new role, Kladde will be responsible for the oversight and continued enhancement of MetaSource's mortgage services portfolio.

Kladde was previously CEO of Titan Lenders Corp., which MetaSource acquired in March 2016, and has over 24 years of experience in the operational aspects of the mortgage industry.
