Inc. Magazine Introduces the Inc. Hire Power Awards honoring America's top job creators, recognizing Urban Lending Solutions (ULS) among the top 100 job creating companies in America by ranking ULS #41. This award is given to small and mid-sized businesses that have generated the most jobs in the past three years, and as a multi-million dollar company, listed as the #1 Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in job growth, and one of the largest employers in Broomfield, CO, ULS is experiencing sustainable growth; which in turn, is creating a lot of jobs. As a result of being one of the country’s premier providers of customized mortgage solutions from loan fulfillment through loss mitigation, ULS has found itself in the very fortunate position of being able to create jobs for this country, planning to hire more people in the months to come.
Inc. is the only major business media brand aimed solely at CEOs of fast-growing private companies. The top 100 Hire Power Award winners nationwide will appear in Inc.'s December/January issue. The brand's web site, http://www.inc.com/hire-power/list, adds winners within regional and industry categories. The top 100 companies on the list have created 73,032 jobs in the three-year period from 2008 to 2011, which is outstanding being that these companies thrived during the midst of the greatest financial melt-down and global recession. ULS is consistently, year after year, listed in the Inc. 500 list as being one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
The inaugural Inc. Hire Power Awards are sponsored by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, which is proud to recognize American companies that have greatly increased their workforces. Inc.'s Hire Power Awards celebrates private companies on the forefront of American job creation, giving these businesses the recognition they deserve.
To honor the winners, Inc. held an awards dinner at the Mead Center in Washington D.C. on the night of December 6, where editor-in-chief, Eric Schurenberg, congratulated many of the winning CEOs from around the country. Schurenberg and Bank of America's Fab Brumley presented awards to each of the companies.
