National Commercial Auctioneers to Put Three Properties Up for Sale

There will be three separate commercial properties up for auction by the National Commercial Auctioneers on May 3 in Columbia, S.C.

“This is a unique opportunity to own prestigious properties at hugely discounted prices,” said David Taylor, an auctioneer at NCA.

The first property available for purchasers is an office/medical complex. Built in 2007, the 10 buildings up for auction range from 3,600 square feet to 4,000 square feet.

These buildings are part of Delta Executive Plaza, a new, upscale complex that features modern landscaping and quality construction, including metal studs, stucco, natural stone and tile roofs. The complex, located at the intersection of Clemson Road and Interstate 20, has many oversized windows that allow for natural light to enter the property.

“The original developer is no longer local and has ordered these properties sold at public auction,” Taylor said. “Some of the properties are leased so we are having some investors interested as well. For this reason, the properties will be offered individually and also in combinations of your choice.”

Another property up for auction is a 3,600-square-foot office building that is similar in design to the Delta Executive Plaza. Half of the building, which is constructed using metal studs, natural stone and tile-type roofing, is currently leased.

“This is a great user or investor opportunity,” Taylor said. “One side of this unit is built out and has three nice offices with nine foot doors, kitchen area, common work area and two bathrooms. A great opportunity for a company to use half of the building and have the other leased until they need it for expansion.”

The final offering available for auction in this developer liquidation are two unimproved commercial building lots.
