PropertyShark.com, a real estate research website, announced the launch of bank-owned listings in New York City.
In addition to foreclosure auctions and lis pendens, Propertyshark users will now be able to browse REO properties in this region.
The website provides real estate professionals, investors and homebuyers with data and tools on all aspects of properties, including building details, ownership information, recent sales prices, property values and comparable sales. There are also maps and photos to go along with all of the homes, the New York-based company said.
“This is just another example of how PropertyShark.com takes disparate public data and aggregates it to provide our subscribers with information they can instantly and easily use,” said Nancy Jorisch, senior data analyst for the company, in a press release.
Besides the New York metropolitan area, which includes Long Island and Westchester, other markets users can search for properties to buy are Los Angeles and San Francisco.
