RealtyTrac Creates Tool to Target Lists of Default, Auction and REO Records
RealtyTrac has launched a new Web-based foreclosure data search and download tool that creates lists of default, auction and REO records.
Mega Data will allow real estate brokers, agents, buyers, investors and direct-marketing professionals to create customized lists in real time through a search filter of over two million foreclosure properties in over 2,200 counties across the country based on their specific needs.
The search filters include property type, loan amount, lender and trustee name, estimated market value and equity and for sale status.
As the list is being built, users can see the accounts that provide detailed data counts and the total cost prior to the purchase. Additionally, the records are organized geographically so that users can decide how much of the data they want to buy, therefore allowing them to purchase either a full or partial list that fits their budget.
“Mega Data is one of the most revolutionary new products we've created in years, making our nationwide foreclosure data available in an entirely new interface that features a very easy-to-use list generation and export tool,” said James Saccacio, CEO of RealtyTrac. “Real estate and direct marketing professionals, along with many real estate investors and homebuyers, will appreciate the seamless online user experience Mega Data provides, helping them quickly mine our foreclosure data for potential short sales profitable foreclosure auction purchases and bank-owned opportunities.”
There is no charge to set up a Mega Data account and a customer does not need to provide any credit card information, the firm said.
