Retail Space in Chicago Suburb to be Auctioned

Business owners looking to begin a company or expand their offices have an opportunity to access retail space in a northwestern suburb of Chicago.

Williams & Williams, a real estate auction and collateral risk management firm, is accepting bids for retail space at Park Street Crossing in Roselle, Ill., through Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. CST.

Park Street Crossing, built in 2007, is a 10,485-square-foot retail space located on the ground floor of a five-story condominium building. The building is 43% leased and is located near expressways, main roadways, and the Metra/Union Pacific train station.

Currently, Anytime Fitness occupies 4,530 square feet of the building, but the remainder is vacant space and build-out ready.

“There is tremendous upside potential to this property, not only because of where it sits in the central business district of Roselle, but also because of its proximity to Chicago,” said Dan Falls, vice president of commercial real estate for Williams & Williams.

Falls said the property is less than 30 minutes from Chicago’s Loop and is a short commute from O’Hare International Airport.
