Visionary Apps' Complete Foreclosures Application Powered by RealtyTrac Data

For its complete foreclosures application, Visionary Apps will use RealtyTrac data to inform users of the latest foreclosure listings throughout the country.

By using data from RealtyTrac, the tool will now contain over 1.5 million new default, auction, bank-owned and preforeclosure listings from over 2,200 national counties.

The complete foreclosures application, launched in February 2010, is currently offering the RealtyTrac data for free on the iPhone and iPad.

The application allows consumers to search for foreclosed properties both locally and nationwide. There are features that permit users to filter out any properties that do not meet their needs, whether it is price, square footage and number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Additional features of the application include a zoom in tool with “aerial view” to see a satellite image of the property and the surrounding neighborhood, finding a licensed real estate foreclosure expert within a specific community and driving directions from one location to the property a homebuyer is interested in visiting.

A new addition to the application is the single property details purchase feature, which will provide full details on every listing for only $0.99 for every home users are interested accessing information about. Visionary Apps said full green pins will represent properties that have exclusive details free of charge, while half green pins symbolize homes that only have partial data.

“The RealtyTrac data and new features will help dramatically increase the user experience,” said Daniel Burrus, CEO and founder of Visionary Apps. “We’ve made it incredibly easy for users to find foreclosed properties that meet their needs. They simply tap their screen for detailed listing data or to be connected directly to a local real estate professional associated with the property who can answer their questions about the home or foreclosure buying process.”
